The TDHCA ARRA Program FAQ is intended to answer questions from subrecipients of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funded programs: CSBG ARRA, HPRP, and WAP ARRA.
If you are a Texas resident looking for assistance, please visit the Help for Texans page. Do not submit requests for assistance through the TDHCA ARRA Program FAQ.
If you are a subrecipient agency in need of immediate assistance, please contact your assigned Community Service or Energy Assistance program officer.
If you are unable to find answers to your ARRA related questions on the ARRA Reporting, HPRP, CSBG ARRA or WAP ARRA web pages, please use the TDHCA ARRA Program FAQ to search and submit questions about ARRA funded programs. Staff will review your questions and post answers as soon as possible.
